Mr. Mohammad Shaker Shamim holds over 22 years of practical experience in the manufacturing and service industry, having worked at the leading position in finance & accounts, marketing & sales, supply chain & commercial, operation and human resource of various esteemed organizations.
Mr. Shamim started his career with an international company and thereafter served with a large number of diversified business conglomerates in the capacity of Chief Finance Officer,
Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director & CEO of both publicly listed & non-listed and private limited companies and contributed significantly to the growth of industrial development.
He is an experienced professional in developing & implementing strategic business plans and has excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills as well as demonstrable depth of experience, client-first mindset, analytical problem solver, reliable in word and deed, excellent listener, lifelong learner, driven, natural influencer and detail-oriented. He also excels in building international business and liaison with banks and regularity authorities both home and abroad. His vast industry knowledge, business acumen, and abilities to launch new business, manage the comprehend business dynamics proven to be priceless assets for the business conglomerates.
Mr. Shamim has special expertise on financial management, financial structuring & re-engineering, fund raising, trade finance, impaired asset management and he is a widely travelled person attended a several number of seminars at home and abroad on international finance, business operation, sales & marketing management.
Mr. Shamim obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed university after completion of his Bachelor of Commerce. He also completed Chartered Accountancy Course from Hoda Vasi Chowdhury & Co, Chartered Accountants, an associated firm of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, USA.
Mohammad Zahid Hossain

Mohammad Zahid Hossain is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) since 2002. He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales (ICAEW) and Full Member of CPA Australia. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
During his long professional life of more than 25 years, he worked in the role of CFO in different National and Multinational companies.
He had been shouldering responsibilities in the areas of Financial Reporting, Direct & indirect taxes, Strategic planning, Risk Management, Finance and Corporate & Legal Affairs. He worked as Board Member in BAPEX (Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Limited) for more than 5 years until August 2020. During this tenure, he contributed in financial control, project feasibility, audit, compliance etc.
Mr. Hossain was appointed to the Board of Directors of Bangladesh Lamps Limited (a “Transcom” Company) on 13 June 2023 as an Independent Director and continues to-date.
He is an acclaimed writer for various financial journals and national English Dailies at home and abroad. He attends TV programs as discussants on business and economy related topics (Watch Video)

He is an active member of standing and non-standing committees of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He is an enlisted Trainer for bdjobs and DCCI Business Institute.
He is a part-time Faculty of couple of reputed private Universities in Bangladesh.
He completed his Bachelor of Commerce under Dhaka University. Earlier in his academic endeavors, he stood 13th in the commerce merit list of Higher Secondary School (HSC) examination.
